He sat down with the team to chat all things GDCA and demystifying the GCC data centre industry&#8230;.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">How are you helping your members to successfully manage the region\u2019s data centre regulations?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">The first year of the association has been focused on getting to the grips with the region and listening to the challenges the industry is having. What\u2019s clear is that multiple markets have strict regulations around data sovereignty and data laws in place which are making it a challenge for certain requirements and deals to make it across the line.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">The GDCA is now actively working with a few of the Gulf state regulators to create workshops with the industry.
