The GDCA is thrilled to be taking part in a ground-breaking session on Green Data Centres for the GCC region hosted by The Trade Council of Denmark in MENA, in collaboration with its partners Danfoss and DEIF on the 13th September 2023 in Dubai.
GDCA founder Henry Sutton will be chairing a Fireside Chat during the seminar, which will feature thought-provoking discussions on sustainability and a green future for the data centre industry ahead of COP28 UAE in Dubai beginning on the 30th November.
The single-day session is free to attend for regional constructors, consultants, and data centre teams. It will also feature speakers from Equinix, Gulf Data Hub, the Uptime Institute, DEIF and Danfoss, as well as an address by the Danish Ambassador on what Denmark is doing across the world to drive sustainability in the future.
“The topic of sustainability in the data centre sector is of vital importance, and having seminars that bring together regional stakeholders to collaborate and work towards a greener future is imperative,” said Henry Sutton, Founder GDCA. “I’m delighted the GDCA will be participating in this event and look forward to gaining insights from experts across the region and beyond on what can be done today to ensure a greener tomorrow.”
To attend the event, register before the 7th September – more information on how to sign up can be found here.
