BSF Capital and MIS sign a letter of intent to raise capacity of data centres

Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS), a Saudi IT company, and BSF Capital have announced plans to increase data centre capacity in the region by up to 64MW in a deal estimated to be worth between $520mn-$666mn. G42 partners with Nvidia to launch a climate tech lab

UAE-based AI company G42, which tech giant Microsoft famously invested $1.5bn in, has partnered with Nvidia to set up a climate tech laboratory in Abu Dhabi. Ooredoo Group secures QR2Bn to accelerate data centre expansion

In a landmark deal, Ooredoo Group have announced a QR2bn financing deal aimed at accelerating the growth of its data centre and AI business, recently announced as MENA Digital Hub. The funds will be allocated to carve out existing data centre assets from Ooredoo’s telecom operations, with a significant portion directed toward expanding capacity and upgrading infrastructure to support the growing demand for AI, cloud services, and hyperconnectivity in the MENA region.
