Indian CtrlS Data centers to invest $2bn over 6 years expanding across Asia and Middle East
Indian data centre company CtrlS Datacenters plans to invest $2 billion over the next six years in expanding across Asia and the Middle East. It plans to add 350MW of AI and cloud-ready hyperscale data centre capacity at new and existing facilities, joining its current 234MW of capacity. Read more…

Dubai launches ChatGPT-style ‘digital city concierge’ offering services and information
The Dubai AI initiative, which is now live on the dubai.ae website, is able to answer queries on 15 sectors, including tourism, aviation, healthcare, entertainment and education. This forms part of the UAE’s Digital Economy Strategy whose goal is to increase the contribution of the sector to the GDP by 20% over the next 10 years. Read more…
