GDCA welcomes The Data Centre Trade Association as an Industry Partner

8th April 2024 – The Gulf Data Centre Association (GDCA), a trade organisation propelling the growth of the data centre industry across the GCC, today announced a strategic industry partnership with The Data Centre Trade Association (DCA) — the leading voice of the UK’s data centre industry.

About The Data Centre Trade Association (DCA):

The DCA is the not-for-profit UK national data centre trade association comprising of leaders and experts from across the data centre sector.

The DCA is the UK Trade Association representing the entire data centre community. The association is a trusted voice, facilitating the sharing of knowledge and innovation in the sector. Through events, media, working groups and more, new ideas and innovations are discussed and understood. Key issues and challenges are addressed, and helpful solutions are disseminated to the mutual benefit of all stakeholders. This ensures that key decision-makers and the public understand the vital role data centres play in an increasingly digital world.

As reliance on digital services grows so does the dependence on the data centre sector which underpins it. By educating both the market providers and the public consumer The DCA is ensuring that this ecosystem remains resilient, sustainable and agile – enabling data centre owners, operators, suppliers and all those working across the ecosystem, to learn collectively, to stay informed and by working together, support the sector.
